Our Food-Safe Melamine Moulding Compound is an A5-grade, high-impact resin that delivers outstanding chip and drop resistance while meeting the strictest food-contact regulations. Ideal for commercial kitchens, households and airline catering where durability and safety cannot be compromised.

Recommended Processing

Pre-heat powder 80 °C for 20 min if humidity > 60 %.
Set mold temperature 160–170 °C.
Apply 25 MPa pressure for 25–35 s depending on thickness.
Cool to 50 °C before demolding for gloss finish.
